Despite the COVID-19 pandemic causing serious troubles across the globe, the smartphone industry appears to be moving forward with its plans at a usual pace.
Xiaomi is now reported to be working on bringing the biggest camera sensor on a smartphone to date. a 150-megapixel lens this year. Samsung is also working on a massive 250-megapixel camera for future smartphones. The company has also revealed through a post on its website that it a beefier 600-megapixel lens is also under development. However, it could still be a few years before the latter becomes a reality.

Samsung's new Galaxy S20 Ultra phone is reportedly seeing a few issues, with some users complaining of a crack in the glass around the rear camera. Some have seen a slight fracture across the phone, while others have seen their glass shatter abruptly, according to a Digital Trends report
You can see some of the complaints on Samsung's user forum, with one describing "a hairline that goes from one side to another" while someone else said "the crack runs right across the main lens making the camera feature useless."
Samsung didn't respond to a request for comment. The Galaxy S20 Ultra was launched last month, and comes with a 108-megapixel camera. Users can’t support if the main camera feature makes no use.
